The Annual Conference of the PHM Society 2010 was held in conjunction with the 21st International Workshop on the Principles of Diagnosis in Portland, Oregon the week of October 10-16, 2010. The two events drew an international audience of over 300 participants from over 20 countries. We thank all organizers, volunteers, and participants for helping make PHM'10/DX'10 an outstanding success!
