Reliability and Maintainability Engineer

PavCon, LLC is looking to expand and is in need of engineers to support reliability and maintainability activities. Specific interest and experience working with various maintenance methodologies such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Maintenance Steering Group, 3rd Version (MSG-3), Condition Based Maintenance (CBM), and CBM Plus (CBM+) is our need. If terms like FMECA, FRACAS, JRMET, Weibull analysis, prognostics, diagnostics, structural analysis, and predictive analytics are in your vocabulary, you may be the white glove fit we are seeking! PavCon, LLC is a WBENC-Certified WOSB headquartered in Pennsylvania. Positions are available onsite in Oklahoma City, OK and Macon, GA.

Work Description:
•Support the identification of critical assets and development of integrated priority lists
•Support development of Asset Management Strategies including: Risk Plans, Operating Plans, and Equipment Maintenance Plans as appropriate for the criticality of the assets under consideration
•Participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis
•Perform failure analysis and evaluates equipment health for use/remaining use life indicators
•Participates in Failure Modes and Effects Analysis
•Maintains and analyzes elements of reliability data, including: overall asset effectiveness losses, failure code analysis, failure analysis maintenance of the asset hierarchy, technical library, etc.
•Support Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Program including systematically defining, developing, monitoring and refining the preventive/predictive maintenance process in pursuit of optimization
•Support implementation of Predictive Maintenance technologies implementation
•Support development of maintainability specifications for new equipment
•Provide technical support in the form of strategic reliability practices such as failure analysis, suggested technical repair procedures, reliability improvements, PM/PdM optimization, etc.

Qualifications: A relevant BS or MS Engineering Degree is a must! And at least four years of experience is preferred. Direct experience working within the R&M field is a plus and will be considered heavily in the selection process. Prior military experience is another plus. Qualified candidates must be able to secure a Federal Government-issued Contractor Access Card.
