Research Engineer in Data Science (Root Cause Analysis)

INRIA, APSYS-AIRBUS and NOKIA Germany are working together for a European funding project "EIT Digital- Industry 4.0"dedicated to predictive maintenance et more precisely to Root Cause Analysis.

The goal of the project is to develop a set of data-science methods, algorithms and plugins to enable manufacturers identify why and where a failure or anomaly occurred and ease dysfunctional goods reparation.
With the help of Inria researchers from MODAL team and from Inria Technology Transfer Officers, the recruited person will analyse the needs and datas from the partners of the project, and carry out R&D actions to develop plugins.

This position, based in Lille at the EuraTechnologies Campus, is open to a PhD or MSc proficient in R, C++, Python or Java. To successfully carry out your missions, you must have a strong command of Machine Learning and statistical learning (clustering algorithms, SVM, logistic regression and random forests). You must be fluent in English.
