PHM Society Awards

Each year the PHM Society solicits nominations from the PHM community to honor candidates who have truly distinguished themselves in service to the PHM society as well as the discipline as a whole.

There are three categories of awards:

  • PHM Contributor of the Year – Individual and Organization
  • Lifetime Achievement Award
  • PHM Society Fellow

The nomination process includes citations and letters of reference, and all necessary documents should be sent to: nominations@phmsociety.org.

Deadline for nominations: August 15

The nominations committee will prepare a full list of nominations for consideration by the PHM Society’s Board of Directors (BoD) by August 31. The BoD will vote on these recommendations in September for presentation at the Annual Conference of the PHM Society later in the fall.
