Payment Options: If somebody else needs to make a payment on your behalf, select “Other” as the payment option and follow the instructions (you need to communicate the registration ID to whoever makes the payment for you, who will then click on “Make Payment” at the top level). In case of payment by check or someone else making a payment for you, payment needs to be received within 2 weeks after online registration. If payment is not received within two weeks, your registration will be canceled.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are allowed if requested on or before September 11. In case of cancellation, your registration fee will be refunded minus a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations after that date will forfeit the registration fee.

Student Discounts: If your PHM Society account indicates that you are a student, you are eligible for student registration rates. Just select the “full conference (+$700)” option below, and the student discount will be applied during checkout. Please note that students need to show a current student ID when they pick up the conference package onsite.

Partner Discounts: If your organization is a Partner of the PHM Society, you will automatically receive a registration discount provided that your email address matches the top-level domain name of your organization. The discount will be applied on the final payment screen. If the discount does not appear, try logging out and logging back in.

Hotel Reservations: Once you have registered for the conference, you can make your hotel reservation at the group rate here.

Special Requests: You will be able to indicate special needs, special meals requirements, requests for invitation letters, etc. during the checkout process.
